Repair and Remanufacturing
We have first-class facilities, equipment and tools, following the ANSI / ESD S20.20 standard, for the control of static electricity. We are IPC members, and we repair according to procedures established in IPC-7711/7721, rework and repair.
All the components and materials that we use for board and controller repairs are of the highest quality, from recognized manufacturers, and meet the most up-to-date standards in the electronics industry. Parts that are known to fail in a unit, but have not yet failed, are also replaced.
Each remanufactured part goes through an exhaustive functional test process, checking under ambient temperatures, careful physical and cosmetic review removing old paint, rust and grime, all metal parts are printed and repainted with high quality paints.
The final product is a fully functional remanufactured controller or card in excellent cosmetic condition, packaged, encoded, and ready to use.

Repairs provided by our company follow controls established by the Management System approved by Bureau Veritas Certification under the
ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
